I have a 32in 720p Insignia. My PS3 looks perfect on it, but when I use my Wii, the edges are all sharp and jagged even when I turn the sharpness down all the way. Iam usingComponent/Composite (whichever is better) cables and have the Wii set to HD. Any suggestions to make it look better?

You don't lose what you download if you dont renew your subscription, it is simply locked until you renew. As for the Wipeout HD question you have to download the demo and then download the Full-Game Unlock

Star Wars: Force Unleashed: easy but long. Only hard trophy is beating the game on the hardest difficulty which can be made somewhat easier by exploiting a glitch. Has a lot of gold trophies too
