Sony have stated on multiple occasions, basically bragging about, how they're not buying exclusives. They've also made clear that they're focusing on first party development. Sony surely wouldn't prefer it, but I'm not convinced they'd take any action. At the very least MGS4 would still drive PS3 sales as well as it could for a year or so. So I'm doubtful it'd hurt the PS3 sales as well. So why would they take action?

If they are are bragging about how they aren't buying exclusives then why did they buy Heavenly Sword and Heavy Rain as exclusives not to mention the fact that at E3 they announced the partnership withNCsoftto create a PS3 exclusive.

Something else you should knowis the fact that the North American KonamiCEO keeps on telling Kojima to make it for the 360 but Kojima is refusing to do it no matter what.

Kojima said it, Peter Moore said it, this is a sticky in SW saying it, the only argument left would be God coming down to Earth and saying:

"Lemmings, the game shall not come to the 360!" or something in the likes.

Kojima said..or implied with weird analogies that he would like it to stay exclusive due to technical reasons. But ultimately it's not up to him. Bigwigs at Konami have hinted at a possible multiplatform release due to the risk of not recovering the development costs.

Peter Moore hasn't said anything of the sort until we're given a credible source. The majority of the people in this thread apparently haven't heard of source criticism.
