2) Diversity of gaming library (FPS, racing, jrpg, wrpg, puzzle, action, and etc...)

3) It has a 3 year warranty so hardware failure wouldn't cost you.

4) Better GPU (AntiAntialiaing Standard)

5) Xbox Live >>>> PSN

PS3

1) Blu-ray player

2) Less games and many mulitplaform that runs better on xbox 360

3) No rumble

4) No hdmi or component cables included

5) Online is free but it is crap, barely anyone plays on it.

6) It is still overpriced if you are not interested in hd movies.

And what AAA games are you talking about??? Im sure the xbox 360 has more.
