Yeah Well I'm Buying A Pentium D Soon (My Motherboard Doesn't Support Anything Else) And I On;y Have A Very Small Bit Of Money And I Wont Have Any Use For My Computer Soon As I'm Going In The Military 2 Months From Now.

It doesn't matter. If you don't disable it in the BIOS, Windows will detect it as an active hardware device. You always want to disable any onboard device when you're using a discrete solution instead, because it can create strange issues or anomalies like this.

Nope, Windows Isnt Detecting It.

Where are you checking to see if Windows is detecting it?
