lol cant come with a better thing to say. if i wanted to, i could use the 360 controller for the best version of gears of war (for pc).

looks like people really dont have ANY reason left to buy the 360. all of there games are mutliplats.. yes, even halo 3 (will come out in 2-3 years but heck i care not)

yea. i think it has largely to do with hdtv conversion, and consumers trying to find the cheapest way to go hi-def. The ps3 is the cheapest and best hi-def format thats being offered. plus hddvd doesn't even sell in australia so its all blu-ray and dvd from here on out.

i think we will start to see more people buying the ps3 as the cheap hi-def machine to go with there hdtv. this is the fastest way ps3 will enter the mainstream market imo.

The 360 sells 8,000 less then the ps3 despite the 360 (core) being half the price of the ps3 and having a better game library to offer currently.

I guess Australians realize that a console thats going to last them potentially 7-10 years is better then there extremely short term 360 investment which will last them 3 years or shorter, depending on when the get the 3 rings of death.

i think your trying too hard to find flaws. we have seen what they offer in action and by g-d if it can actually play out without much lag once its released then this could seriously be a evolutionary step in console gaming.
