The only problem is that if the judge allows this (wich i highly doubt), students at that school will fall into some sort of ditacture, not just this one, but the whole "myspace, facebook photos indicating some sort of behaviour that got them into dentention" thing, and all other examples of principals or other directive organs in school, will think they will have total power to their students wherever and whenever they want.
Imagine this: 3 class-mates go to a nightclub to party, drink beers, do drugs or some bad ****, the principal of their school is ther too spying on them, he catches them and expels them from school, just becouse he can.
Im no talking that scenario will very likely come true, but if this things pass through all the principals will have TOTAL control on you.
Im glad i dont live in the US, in here things are the way they suppose to be, sometimes there are fights right outside of my school and noone can do a thing about it.
I hope after that lawsuit they proppose a law reducing the jurisdiction of the principal from a school
