did you read my other post? It is very unresponsive and often glitches out through walls. Due to the terrible screen tearing and fps drops the camera is very sluggish. Especially if you lock onto targets in combat, it will put the camera at ground level behind war and you often wont be able to see whats going on because its so zoomed in and at such a terrible angle.

marcl18123

one question, which version of the game do you have?

yeah all these fps drops I am not noticing. Might be that I am playing it on the ps3 though.

there is nothing wrong with the camera if you settle for a camera that is pretty terrible by today's standards. Rent the game before you buy it if you are still debating whether it is worth your time. In my opinion the game is mediocre at best and is not worth 60 dollars. You should just save your money for a decent game like dantes inferno or Mass effect 2 if you have a good pc or a 360.

explain what is so bad about the camera?

the gameplay is actually very weak. I would suggest renting the game before you buy it. I paid sixty bucks and I wish that I had just flushed my money down the toilet. The game has very bad controls, a terrible story, and a bad camera.

The game is nothing special and there are much better games out there. This basically mixes numerous games together but does it poorly and is overall unsatisfying to play.

thanks thats valuable info. looks cool but didnt think it was a buy. maybe down the road when cheap i got a few games for xmas that r gunna occupy alot of my time anyway. had a feeling it wasnt gunna be to great. i try now after alot of dissapointing games to not get to excited abut to many games

how is that valuable info? He doesn't even say why the controls are bad.

Go to the darksiders board and read some of the posts there and you will notice that alot of people are having a TON of fun with it.

You could even just RENT it and experience it for yourself. How great would that be?

I got tools of destruction for 5 dollars when I purchased a DS3 controller.

DS3s were selling for 54.99 by themselves but then I saw that the controller and game were being offered in a package deal for 59.99. I will give it a shot sooner or later. Just too many games out there right now which is a shame too since so many people have said that it is a good play

[QUOTE="Nick3306"]The 2-1 boss is easy, just run up to him with your shield up and it should stop the flame attacks. Now just keep slashing at him when your next to him. His flame attacks are basically useless that close.StealthMonkey4
I just stood behind a pillar and spammed arrows at him. After 50 or so arrows he died. He only took away about 1/3 my health and I didn't use a single health item the whole match. This is also a way to kill him for people with low strength.

is this the spider boss?

First time I fought him I saw some other person playing and they were standing off to the side firing off arrows at him. Low and behold I tried it out and got him down to 1/4th of his health before I had to go melee (ran out of arrows)

Are you opposed to purchasing stuff online?

If not, I am confident you could find one online.

[QUOTE="Doolz2024"]

DS3... The Sixaxis controllers were made better and are more durable though. I still have my Sixaxis from my launch 60GB, and it works great.

Doolz2024

actually the sixaxis are more fragile. I've destroyed a sixaxis controller in my hands by just twisting the dang thing (warhawk back in the day peeved me off hahaha).

ds3 are tougher.

Not the case for me. Then again, I've never abused the controller either, but regardless of that, the Sixaxis controller are of higher quality than the DS3s.

Guess we will have to agree to disagree.
