It's easier with a CD, but you can still upload them. I'm not exactly sure how to do it off the top of my head; check youtube.

Take a look here, the original PS3s had the emotion engine inside so it could run PS2 games, they took it out to save money as many of you know. It looks like Sony has been working on software emulation to enable backwards compatibility on all PS3s. Here is the article. LINK.Marfoo

I didn't know this. Thanks for the heads up and the link.

A price drop on the actual system makes zero cents (spelt that way on purpose). They already lose money on every console sold lol

hazelnutman

Wait, Sony still loses money on every PS3 sold? I was pretty sure they cut production costs by like 30% or something. :?

I was not aware that they had cut production costs by 30%. I still think they lose money on every console sold though. Someone please correct me if I am wrong!

YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME lol

you really thought you would learn how to fight from a videogame?!?!?!

fighting has a lot more intricacies than meets the eye, just because it looks like your ducking low like tyson, doesnt mean you actually are, or even dancing around and throwin the jab like Ali LOL.

if you want to learn self defense go sign up at a fighting gym.

No wonder the government blames videogames for everything, looks like theyre actually right to think that people believe they can do certain things just from playing a videogame.

im sorry but i didnt mean to sound mean, but honestly thats ridiculous.

jerkface96

your reading comprehension needs some upgrading.

If you actually read and UNDERSTOOD what he was writing you would have noticed that he was joking about these fighting games teaching him how to fight...*facepalm*

I'd really like to point out my post was in jest - of course I did not expect to pick up skills from these games (!) and am glad that doesnt happen otherwise the 'system wars' could end being a lot more literal!!

Mitten123

I did get that. I just thought I would go along with it a little hehe :P

u have to learn it in real life. the game is not going to teach you jack****. ju jitsu really helps in real life and so does basic CQC.

kingobaid

In all honesty ju jitsu is not going to be very effective in a street fight. So what happens if the guy has you on the ground, are you going to throw a triangle on him or an arm bar? Naw, he would just bash your head into the cement. Your best bet is to have some basic striking(for the knockout) and wrestling (to keep the fight standing up) skills.

well, if you are you ju jitsu, the guy would never be able to get you on the ground. I don't know about wrestling though, it doesn't really help in a street fight, i mean your not going to try to repeadtly grapple him and try to get him on the ground.

I think you have it backwards. If I am into jiu jitsu and a guy trys to tackle me to the ground, my jiu jitsu wouldn't help me defend his takedown. What would help me defend his takedown would be wrestling ability (grappling/sprawling). Jiu Jitsu is good if you are both already on the ground.

That is why I said striking and wrestling are your best friends for a street fight. The striking being number 1 because, well, most ppl simply just throw wild punches so if you know how to strike, you will KO many people. The wrestling would be effective as a defensive tool to stop them from trying to take ME down if they don't want to stand and trade.

Is that more clear?

Metal Gear Solid 4. The last battle was amazing!

Furi-Kun

On my first play through I was going on Big Boss Hard right. Anyways I had not played the game in a good 6 months and I had around an act and a half left to play so I popped the game in. I end up trying to beat the last boss for like 2-3 hours straight and I just couldn't seem to get by the 3rd stage i think. Anyways, popped it in the next morning and beat it first try. Funny how that is eh?

That last battle was very amazing (albeit frustrating...totally different then what I was expecting too)
