a lack of recoil on the guns

Just teasing...kind of?

Anyways, I expect a fantastic single player campaign with more arcade style multiplayer. Nothing specific here

You're slow, EXO. :P

And yes. I'm hoping the game is a good challenge, not catering to the young at heart or typical average gamer.

It's a bullet witch with gun heels and glasses; not much would appeal to a casual audience.

I'm specifically excited about Climax kills. Those should be... fun, to say the least.

Scianix-Black

climax kills?

Sign me up hahaha!

Can't wait to run around busting up peoples faces with a scantily clad woman. I know its animated and stuff but hell, im still a guy hahaha :P.

I REALLY hope they make it a sadistically hard game. Too many games now a days are farrrrrrrr too easy. It would be a big turn off though if it is sadistically hard because of stupid little things like 1 hit kills from people you can't see (someone else already mentioned this)

Well, I personally like the gameplay in KZ2 more then COD.

I think it takes a lot more skill to become skilled with the way KZ2 handles as opposed to the way the COD games handle.

So nope, modern warfare2 won't "crush" KZ2. I think its single player campaign will probably be better but not the over all package.

Well, put it this way. If you enjoy online play, I would go for Killzone 2. I haven't even touched the single player campaign in KZ2 and I have logged over 40 hours on the game.

Its offff the hook man

Restrictions on Language is not right. Here everything has to be in French. Of course I know that the majority of Quebec is French but forcing the language down us anglophones is not right. There is no freedom for english speaking Quebecers. I am a Quebecer and proud of it, but I am English. They force us to have french labels, french signs, french must be spoken at work, etc. And you francophones treat us anglos like crap here. I live is terrebonne quebec and am the only english speaking household in my neighborhood and I have to tell you, I sometimes feel like a jewish person living in Nazi germany. Any way back to the games.... Amazon is the way to go! and this will surely hurt quebec retail stores not help them!Macri

thankfully we have an anglophone here who lives in Quebec supporting what I was saying!!!

The French sit there and complain that they are not being represented properly in Canada yet they go and toss their english speaking population under the bus.

We're 80% of francophones here in Quebec. That's more than enough to justify a law.

On the subject, as a gamer, I gotta admit I'm not pleased to know I could have to wait longer to get my games but as a Quebecois, I feel such measure is not only justified but necessary to help preserve our culture. With the number of francophones residing in Quebec getting slimmer by the year, our government has to do everything it can to insure the Quebecois culture doesn't dissappear into oblivion, and preserving its language is a vital step.

I don't expect Canadians here on the board to understand what it is to be a Quebecois witnessing the slow dissolution of his/her cultural identity. Wether you like it or not, Quebec - being a majorly French-speaking nation - holds a special place, firstly on the Canadian territory and secondly, in the whole North American continent. Anybody who knows at least a bit of our history can't remain insensible to our case. So please, if you only can only do one thing, don't disrespect us.

I don't know what it is with Gamespot's community but every single time someone posts a thread that has the slightest thing to do with Quebec, there's always a bunch of angry Canadians high-fiving each other on how "Quebec sucks!", "I hate those guys", "We kicked their ***" and now "Let's invade them" and "Quebec is ********".

It's sad really.

-Y2J-

I had to bold part of this.

You think its only the "quebecois who are losing their cultural identity? PLEASE MAN, Canada in GENERAL is losing it. You can thank our super lax immigration laws for that too.

Within 20 or 30 years Canada won't be Canada anymore, there will be more immigrants living here then Canadian born families. You can see it on the streets walking around. Half of the time when I hear someone talking in the streets its either chinese, cantoneseor some middle east languagethey are speaking. English or French? HAH yeah right!

go back far enough and everyone in canada is an immigrant.

yah, i think you know what I was getting at ? Or perhaps you don't and are one of those bleeding heart liberals who think our immigration laws are good and that immigration is a great thing for canada?

At least my ancestors have been here for hundreds of years. I'm talking bout the FOBs who can't speak a lick of english.

You know we have familes of immigrants over here who bring their old aging relatives over from wherever they are from just so they can tap into our free health care? Yes thats right, they get canadian citizenship then they go back living in their homeland until they get sick and come use the tax dollars that I PAY to get free health care.

That Li guy who cut off that kids head on the greyhound...He was let in by immigrations canada even though THE MAN WAS A SKIZOFRENIC 9sp?).

Canada won't be canada in 30 years. book it

Canada isn't suffering? We just had a middle eastern RCMP officer who was given permission to NOT wear the standard RCMP Hat with his uniform. Why? Well, it was because then he wouldnt be able to wear his TURBAN!!!! I don't really give a #### if its against your religion you are part of the ROYAL CANADIAN MOUNTED POLICE, wear the uniform PROPERLY.

That's really weird. I didn't realise there was so many French people in Quebec (obviously I knew there was a lot but not so much to justify such a law).

Of course it is sad, Quebec is a huge part of our Heritage and I for one get really sad when I hear the rest of Canada talk ish bout Quebec. At the same time, the province of Quebec is not very welcoming to outsiders either, then you also have the Bloq (I don't really even need to go into that). You don't speak French? HAH you are going to get a lot of snobby looks thrown your way in Quebec.

Anyways its a two way road
