If there's anything that the conference showed, it's that it can't run the big current gen games. Their biggest western 3rd party games for the thing are a port of a 6 year old game and the PS360 version of a yearly sports title.
As far as i can see switch won't get any meaningful support from Western 3rd party devs outside indie, but in Japan i can see it replacing Vita as the new high end handheld and changing the PS4/Vita combo to PS4/Switch combo.
I never said anything about the quality of games or enjoyment. I'm just talking about claiming ownage on SWs, heck i enjoyed some 6 and 7 games more than 10/10 games, reviews means nothing in the real world.
It's totally worth it at current price, it offers general story mode which i actually like more than MK one since it's silly and never takes itself seriously, 23 unique players and 5 more coming later and one of the best fighting mechanics. The game still lacks some Sp modes but other than that it's the best fighting game on the market now.
Japan home consoles market, it has been obvious recently that Sony can't keep Japan alive alone, when even the biggest hits can't sell 1 mil copies there, and every big game so far sold less than it's predecessor.
