I want to buy GTA IV on Steam. I have a controller but it is kinda crappy. Is this game good with the mouse and keyboard?

Are there any stats available for Counter Strike Source, like kills, deaths etc?

Do you think that Counter Strike Source will be well populated for a long time to come? Right now, MW2 is slightly more populated, but, do you think CS:S will regain the crown anytime soon?

Thanks

I am looking for a game that is similar to the movie War of the Worlds (the new one with Tom Cruise). I love the story and the mood of it. Do any games come to mind?

-Thanks

Once a game is bought through Steam, you will then download the game through Steam. Once this is complete, the game will now be installed on your PC. Once you click on the shortcut or the game title in the Steam "games" directory, you will then be able to access the game through Steam. Think of Steam like a server that hosts play in many games. Steam will track your gaming time within the last 2 weeks and allow to manage a friends list etc. It is a very widely used solid form to buy games.

I played through the campaign and, even though short, it was truly epic. Also, I have put in around 8 hours online. It is very addictive and super fun. It is a great game all around.

How do you check your framerates per game?

Xeros606

With this maybe?

If you don't want to download that, almost every game has a console command to show the FPS.

How would I check that?

-Thanks
