Well, in the other topic about how to gain muscles people told me not to since im only 14. I turn 15 in September. Im 5'5 and aroudn 125 pounds and i dont think ive grown an inch for a year:(. So why should i not start lifting weights, if i shouldnt life weights, anything i can do to gain muscles that wont be bad for me or whatever?tehbiggerboss
Best advice is to wait until you're 16 or 17. Wait until you're at leat as tall as you Dad before you start lifting weights. 14 is far too young to be lifting waits anyway. Do press-ups or chin-ups until you're older.
