As a programer there is no excuse for not releasing it for PS3. Coding is coding, regardless of what system it is for. All that varies is the syntax for the code itself. Other than the formatting of the code, all coding languages follow the same basic principles. I would understand if a systems hardware couldn't support the expansion, but this is not the case. Quite obvious the issue is Microsoft paid Bethesda for exclusive rights or earlier release dates on specific expansions, just like they did with Oblivion. I only wish they would have told this to the people who bought it for PS3 before they gave them their money.
