once ps2 stops selling, they will update all ps3's so they can play ps2 games so that ps2 games still sell. they have left room for this in all consoles, which is why when you start the systems without BC up, they instantly use around 10 gigs of hard drive space. :) Errm link of proof? That 10 Gigs is likely all for the system's OS. Like how the 360 takes out about 7 GBs for it's OS. no the OS doesnt take 11Gigs, or 10. Ask someone who already has BC, their ps3 usually boots up around 3gigs used.
