I would make a action rpg type game about a man who goes from town to town solving problems for the locals. One day while doing that he comes across a man who obtains a mythical item that gives him the power to alter history. The scale of the game would be bigger then GOW 3 and would feature online co op and versus modes. Also this game would not have a cap on how strong you could become (like Disgeae series).
Well a game I suggest you try is Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks. Its pretty good and I do recommend getting a XL just to play that game. As for the PSP...you might want to give another look at it. Especially since the new metal gear game is about to come out (in june).
The PSP in general is a fairly dead system at this point.

Anyway if you already have a psp 1000,2000, or 3000 don't get a PSP Go because the lack of support for the system over PSN isn't strong enough yet. What do I mean? A lot of new games that came out are still not on the PSN for download and that means you can't get it on the PSP Go. :(
MAG is pretty good. Sure it may not have the best graphics but what it lacks in graphics it makes up in gameplay. The best thing about the game is leadership roles and its pretty cool telling your squad what to do (even though half of the time they don't listen).
