The axe is super OP. The hunter spawns with one. I have not been able to find one in the map other than with spawn.

So after running around the jungle trying to kill stuff with an axe. I accidentally stumbled on how to craft as I suspect most people playing this game do. Piling up harvested materials creates baskets used to craft. E works to interact with items in the game. Tap E on a basket and up pops a menu. Depending on what is in the basket, you can craft several items. I am sure more items will be coming as this game progresses through and hopefully past Alpha. Remember, save the environment, help the economy...Play Video Games!

After playing about 100 hours, I learned this yesterday. Would have saved me so much time. Here is a short vid on how to set a waypoint. This can also be used to set the range on your scope if you do not have a range-finder.

I thought that a platform game was a non-computer game. Now it seems to be used for older console games, even though xbox and wii and PS3 would be considered platformers. Am I mistaken???

What was the name of that PC game from about 12 or so years ago? It was a squad-turn based action game. You would land a team of soldiers somewhere on earth to fight invading aliens.

Why would admins lock a topic when people are actively talking about it?

There seems to be a feeling among gamers that the PC gamers are more "hardcore" than the console gamers, whatever that means. Are the PC gamers getting game tattoos and starting fights at cybercafes. This perception probably comes from the fact that the demographic of console players is younger by average. I have had my ass handed to be by a 12 year old while playing Halo far too many times. From the consolers I know, they seem to spend a lot more time gaming than the PC gamers that I know. That would make them more hardcore....if that is a good thing.

I see the strongest attribute for pc games is the independent/underground/mods. How often do you see 6 nerds getting together in the Ukraine and putting together a console game....NEVER. While in PC gaming, it happens all the time. Well not exactly the Ukrainian thing, but you know what I mean. We are starting to see some modding communities on consoles, but nothing compared to the PC world.

Also, it is not about a gaming PC costing $4000. Even $1000 is still twice the price.....and less headaches.

Upinflames, are you saying that consoles have as many hardware issues as PC's?? That is a totally untrue statement. Since I have bought my 360, I have had hardly any problems. Also, the cost of upgrading a PC and keeping it updated is tremendous compared to a $400 console that keeps you running for a few years.
