What day is the Capcom Press Conference? Those guys in robes look something like the guys in robes from RE4. I hope more story details come out next week.
I agree with most your points here, I would add one more thing in such that they need some kind of new storyline, I have really gotten board with Zelda games in that they are the same story over and over game just told differently. I liked for example what they did with Majora's Mask it was different yet had the Zelda feel to it. I heard a good storyline a while ago and this would shake the foundations of the Zelda series, someone on these forums suggested that Zelda go really futuristic and have Zelda, Ganon but in the future with guns and stuff and I intially I thought it was Final Fantasy but if done right I think it could work maybe.
Bottom line for me change the story significantly...
Well I will say that it could be either game or a completely a new game. I find it odd those who are quick to say no that its not KH3 and say its Little King's Story when it could be either. In any case Nintendo Power doesn't announce games that we don't already know about anyway (on the internet). I say we'll know more at E3 perhaps.
I would say for me some form of perfectionism. Ex: In Halo I play Legendary and I keep every marine alive and well no one can really play co-op with me cause its always revert to last checkpoint cause I am so perfectionist that way or in an RTS game, I make the 'perfect' bases that are way over the top to the point where if something doesnt work I destroy and build the building again just to make it work.
I used to do this, I used to get so mad (Because I am a completionist) and frustrated I would bite my controllers and afterwards my 64 controllers would have scratch marks all over them. I'm good now no bad habits, if I get mad I just leave the game for awhile then come back later.
Out of all the games I have played i would say Final Fantasy X...I just love to play that game and it never gets old for me and I am completely obsessed with it. But another genre in general I would say I love is games that have politics, economics, and military elements to them, so Alpha Centuri is the other one I s'pose.
If the Lucasarts project with Bioware is Kotor 3, it may not be an MMORPG and could be just a single player game or it may just be a MMORPG during that time period perhaps during one of the wars mentioned around the timeframe of Kotor I or II. If I were to say what it is, its likely the the Kotor MMORPG cause it is most likely more profitable and the storyline at the end of Kotor II is kinda well ya know, so it would be difficult to see what happens in Kotor 3 that would be good to the fans.
I would only buy it if it was the third Kingdom Hearts which they wouldnt call it MHK. But if they add Disney, Square-Enix, and Nintendo world then I would buy it and have the same central characters.
I'm interested where these members of Team Ninja go? I would guess they will do what most have been doing lately and forming new independent studios likely...I could be wrong though.
