The M16 is over powered a bit, but it doesn't make the game unbalanced. If it was unbalanced no one would be playing it. And Halo 3 has its fair share of bad maps too. Just sayin.
ODST, the campaign looks different from the other Halo games and has Firefight, which looks addictive.
Modern Warfare 2 looks like a rehash of Modern Warfare 1, with better graphics and dual wielding, hopefully they fix the multiplayer since Modern Warfare 1 has overrated multiplayer. It's unbalanced, some maps aren't that great and it takes the least amount of skill in shooters I've played.

How exactly is the multiplayer in Modern warfare unbalanced?.
The only exclusives I'll be buying this year are on PS3 and Wii. Uncharted 2, Demons Souls, New Super Mario Bros. I don't want Halo ODST or Forza 3. Last 360 exclusive I bought was Fable 2 I think.
Lots of people here never got Fable 2, I was worried it was going to be average but I saw it going for half price one day so took a gamble and bought it. Turned out that I really liked it. One of the best 360 exclusives I've played. I think Mass effect is better , but Fable 2 is very good imo.
I never bought Burnout Paradise, which is strange as I've bought all the previous Burnout games.The next poplar game I will not be buying is Halo ODST, I never bought Halo wars either, I guess I'm just not interested in Halo anymore. But I do think the first Halo game is fantastic.
I don't like achievements that ask you to play a certain amount of games online, or kill 50,000+ enemies. If your game is good enough I'll play it, I'm not going to play your average game for months to get some crappy achievement. Gamers are not stupid enough to fall for cheap tactics like that, well most are not that stupid.
I got my system on launch day and I had to buy it with Perfect Dark Zero and King Kong. But I wanted Call of Duty 2 real bad so I traded in King Kong without even playing it, then I went home and played Perfect Dark and COD2 for a very long time. I was very disappointed with Perfect Dark Zero in single player, but COD2 was great. Had a lot of fun with that game and it was the first game I got 1000/1000 on.
