@Mr_Mark_Legion According to the article, one had a heart attack, one the gaming was only a contributing factor in his death, one died of exhaustion, one sounded like death by starvation and the other 3 they didn't say but probably something along those same lines. Did either of you even read the whole thing?

@CapnXtraObvious Maybe they had it on an extra hardcore mode where if you die in your games, you die for real. Freddy Krueger may have had a hand in that. lol.

@ssj2los Anything can be an addiction. These guys were obviously addicted if they couldn't stop for food, water and to go to the bathroom. Whether or not anything is out of control should be judged on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, some kids are out of control, most likely because of lazy/exhausted parents but these 6 adults were also out of control. Doesn't mean all parents are lazy/exhausted or that all kids are out of control or that all gamers are out of control addicts.

I think most parents and kids would benefit greatly if the parents taught the kids to control themselves instead of just trying to control their kids.

Probably all of them, the real cause of death would be stupidity. The Chinese guy that played D2 for 6 hours might be the only exception, but I don't know the details so I can't say for sure. I wonder if the Korean guy that played for 86 hours set a record? Or if it would be accurate to say 'deadly gaming marathons - made in Taiwan'? (horrible joke, I know, but I couldn't resist).

They could have toned down her personality and changed her clothes without changing her body. They seem like they are aiming to show the personality changes that turned Lara from a seemingly scared, vulnerable girl to the fearless, badass bitch she became later in the timeline. Hopefully they incorporate a story reason for the physical changes. I don't think clothing changes really play into the story much, if at all. I'm somewhat surprised I haven't heard about groups of fans complaining about the changes in appearance after seeing how many complained about the changes they almost made to Cole MacGrath in inFamous 2.
