So I was wrong that it doesn't come up exactly on the 21st of April. The fact is that no one can log in because the servers aren't up.
You don't need to sign on in the game to read the manual. Just click 'Start Game' when you click the Beta. Then just click manual. And the reason you're getting an error is because the servers or whatever don't go up until the 21st of April.

The thing is retarded, it's supposed to read OR, not AND. Meaning you can make the ID just by having gobblegobble72 or something, it doesn't have to have the - , _ , . Someone didn't translate or write that **** properly.
Nah, it's kind of like BF2. They had some cool stuff in Quake Wars like the placement of artillery cannons and stuff. It had no ragdoll physics though. Felt kind weird when you killed people. They might have added that through a patch or something but I don't know. Only played it once.
