call of duty 4 - amazing must own fps! great story even though its short and the multiplayer is amazing

gears of war - also a must own. great graphics, great gameplay

halo 3 - a fun story mode and multiplayer mode

kane and lynch - never played it but gamespot sure loves it

saints row - great to tie you over until GTA4

assassins creed - a must own in my opinion. great gameplay and although it can get repetative, i think its my top 5 favorite games out there

rainbow six vegas - fun in multiplayer but never got to far in singleplayer
