I agree with a lot of this especially concerning Kinect. The games for it are horrendous, but the technology itself is intuitive; it just needs the proper application.

The thing I'm most curious in for next gen consoles is the price. Taking this list into account we're not talking $499 launch price anymore, especially if MS plans to "future proof" their next system better than they did with the 360.

Anyone who thinks the 360 "deal" is saving them money obviously can't perform basic arithmetic.

I'm glad to see more and more people waking up to this cancer. I've been preaching this since before "microtransactions" became a household name. Developers want to combat piracy so the brilliant solution they come up with is to punish legitimate buyers by extorting content. I'm finished buying games brand new; used all the way! I've bought plenty of games brand new and plenty of collector's editions to put a couple of kids through college. I'm done. I don't mind supporting a developer, but it's quite another to have that kindness taken advantage of. And to all the idiots that have nothing better to say than "get a job" or "quit complaining," screw off. This has nothing to do about having the means to buy it, it's the principle of the matter. And to those who DEFEND these actions by these companies YOU are the people to thank for the situation we all find ourselves in now. Enjoy your $5 horse armor and two maps for $15. It's not the pirates that ruined this industry, it's the morons that bought that crap and sent a clear message to the developers saying, "Please, sir, I'd like some more." Thanks for ruining the industry.

Jessica Chobot in ME3 is akin to the rumors way back that George Lucas was going to cast one of the Backstreet Boys (or all of them?) in the prequel movies. Thankfully Lucas didn't. Unthankfully we don't get the same favor from BioWare.

Nice. As far as the required and optional games, I'm not sure where this one fits in but it does support move:

I'm looking at the ACII screens and the 360 version has this "hazy" quality which dulls and washes out the colors of different objects. It kinda looks like someone put the contrast up too high or something. While the PS3 version looks much better and the colors are deeper and more vibrant.

I'm quite happy with my 500GB WD HD I installed. Load times aren't bad. I don't have ADD so I can stand to wait a few seconds for my games to load.
