Ugh I have no idea why so many "slow" people want to see new mmos fail, and hate them to death. First off swtor is an amazing game. Second, we should support and praise that there are still developers out there willing and bal lsy to venture into the mmo market. Having several big players in the mmo scene is a good thing because it forces developers to come up with better and more creative content to best its competitors. If there isn't any real competition, stuff happens like blizzards been doing for the past 2 years and putting out old recycled content and calling it new over, and over, over again.
I don't see why so many people are hating on this game. So many saying oh i regret paying 60bucks..are you freaking kidding me??? this game has more content, story, and amazing game world than any other game released this year. If anything the 60 bucks we paid isn't enough to cover all the content and great stuff we received from this game. If you bought it and got your free month, good that money more than paid for what you got. MMO's need time to mature and find the right balance with everything envolving the game. I have played since early start, and have yet to find a reason not to continue playing.. yes it still has some minor bugs, but nothing game breaking. Quit WoW after 7 years of playing it for Swtor, and Im glad I did. This game mops the floor with WoW.
The portal games are good, but have no substance in the end its just a puzzle game. Halflife on the other hand is just epic. I boycotted L4D2 (only played portal 2 cuz a friend lent it). Personally not buying another valve game until HL3 is released.
I dunno about you guys, but I am getting rather cheesed that Valve has released so many other titles and invested a ton of time working on the whole digital distribution steam platform. All of this and not a word, not even a "were working on it," I mean there really shi**ing on series that made them who they are. Anyone agree? Most importantly anyone know any news about HL 3?

I paid 60 bucks for bf3 and haven't played more than an hour of it... guess im just tired of these generic modern shooters... I just wish Valve would get their **** together and release half life 3 already.
