I think more than a portion of gamers are drawn to the dramatic climax of the achievement addiction effect which is reckless and arrogant. I kinda got bored of it since microsoft can't be bothered to fix some achievement issues or address it to the game company that produced it..
I love achievements but I don't play 360 24/7, more about 2/2 a week or so.
Personally, I think rating systems should be based on the community and the review specialist on this site, not just themselfs and their selfishness of having the oppotunity to play it first, although with that in play, it's really handy before buying a game.
Games have their genres and gameplay style, even on insane/veteran modes, games can be difficult due to its creation. COD on veteran was the hardest compared to GOW and Halo.
I saw i am legend the other day, and there are a few similataries, the zombie faces look so much like the faces of the robots. Also the broken bridge, its also in IROBOT, was it by the same people? Or did will smith like the settingleonhead
San Andreas was a hit on PS2 if I am correct, not sure if it was on the XBOX back then and as for the Vice City, I know that was for PC and it was hell addictive.
