[QUOTE="LOXO7"][QUOTE="LJS9502_basic"] Wow. I wasn't aware it was hard for you to grasp what he was charged with. The problem with today's society is individuals such as yourself that don't search for facts but make up an opinion. The problem with today's society is individuals such as yourself that react with emotion rather than logic.LJS9502_basicLike the police? The man was in the right the police were in the wrong. It doesn't get much more complicated then that. Of course, if people knew their rights YOU would know this.I know how rights work. I also know who the law works. And yet...it seems you are the one that doesn't. Okay. I believe you. Even if I didn't, I know you wouldn't provide anything valuable to prove your claim of knowing.

As I have said before, lethally arming policemen is how sh*t like this happens.Â

I am beginning to think you just love to disregard facts. You should really watch the video to see the dog in the air jumping at the officer. This is the same dog that had been barking at the cops from the car with unrolled windows and jumped out and charged the cops. Do you know what a leash law is? Does the UK even have leash laws? Would you let a 130 pound dog jump at you and latch on to you with it's big mouth? Why should a cop let that happen?
The man was not arrested for videotaping them, but he was arrested for obstruction of justice. He also failed to turn the music down even though he claims he was complying with orders to do so. All he did was put his dog in the car in an unsecured manner and went back to videotaping the cops. He is also the only one to approach the cop cars within 5 feet (not a good thing) while they were on a call about an armed robbery. Even the news media are not allowed that close to a crime scene.
Hawthorne police kill dog during arrest of owner, video of shooting goes viral has the details. There is also a previously linked article that has the video showing the dog in the air. The owner of said dog also told the cops that it was his ****ing radio after being told to turn it down. The video also appears to showing him to be resisting the cops at one point.

Why do you always cherry pick your start? This situation doesn't start with the dog. It starts with the police not knowing rights. Big fact check eye opener for you, the police have no authority over you. You don't have to obey police orders. You have rights that trump government force. They will try to prove he was obstructing, but we've all saw the evidence showing the opposite. At no point in time did the officers need to address his "protest" of viewing them. The officers came to him and started the confrontation. They impede their own "justice" by moving out of their way to make it obstruction of justice.
[QUOTE="MissLibrarian"]Check out the final link on my previous post on page 5, numerous cases of dogs being shot. Ff you can handle it, there's three video links too showing cops shooting dogs. Way to knock it out of the park.As I have said before, lethally arming policemen is how sh*t like this happens.Â

I believe the conspiracy that manufactures have to keep the innovation to a minimum. What else is the explanation for the lack of performance? From the Horseless Carriages to 25 miles per gallon. In all that time no one has created a engine that gets 200 miles per gallon, or run on a different fuel? No, we get a gps imbedded in the engine. Whoop-de-dee-doo-daa! Who gains in this conspiracy? The oligopoly formed by the car makers, the oil industry keeping the mpg capped, and governments.
Also, it only took 40 years to improve 4 miles per gallon in the motor bike sector.
