Another Penn St. fan?
Ugh whatever. But no, Connor is not the best LB in the nation. He is top 5 probably, but I think Hall and Adibifrom VT, Laurinaitis from Ohio St, and Woodyard from Kentucky are all better. But hey, thats just me.

Personally I think the Brinkley brothers are one of the best LB tandems right now.
Dude be serious. Oregon, Rutgers, BC over Texas, Wisconsin and OSU. That is hilarious. Then you mention Nebraska....seriously. :|Espurs117
Ummm with the way those 3 are playing, yes I would take those teams over your 3 overrated teams.
I don't have a lovefest with offensive team, I'm tired of stating this. I ranked these teams on what they are doing RIGHT NOW and if they could beat OSU Wisconsin and Texas and all 3 with how they are playing RIGHT NOW could and would beat those teams.
You mentioned Nebraska, didn't they lose? They were ranked 15 and you want tomove them up? Goes against what you said, especially about Penn State. How is it possible that Oregon who blewout 2 poor teams and deserves a Top 10? Odd isn't it?

Read what I said in the description, Oregon, because of their offense, could and would beat those 3 teams. Thats how I ranked them. Same with Nebraska and I never said they were top 10, what I was saying was that they too could beat those 3 teams.
First off...Yes LSU lost 2 game last year do you remember to who? To the National Champion and to Auburn who ranked 8 in the final standings. We played ND because they were the team we were given to play. It was a blow out and everyone knew it was going to be a blowout before the game was even played. Were we just supposed to not play?
The teams we were ahead of that had less losses than LSU were Wisconsin, Boise State, and Louisville and I can confidently say that LSU would have handily beaten each of those teams. Why were LSU above these team in the polls? Because they played 4 top 10 teams and 3 in the top 5.
Secondly my top 10 for the moment:
1.t USC
1t. LSU
1t. Okla
4. Florida
5. WVU
6.Penn St. (All around good team, they make plays and only struggled against Buffalo when their second stringers were in)
7. Rutgers ( Loves to run but can pass all over you also. OSU is the only one with a defense to stop them but offensivly OSU can't move the ball for s***)
8. BC (Needs to get more credit almost exactly like Penn St. they know how to win)
9.Oregon (I like the spread offense and if the rest of the Big 10 is as bad against the spread as Michigan and OSU, Florida ran it all over them in the NC game, are than Oregon should have no problem beating them.)
10.Cal (Pass happy team that could burn Texas, I mean if Arkansas State can then so can these guys, Wisconsin and OSU are slow and the only one I would consider who could beat them would be OSU but I still doubt it.)
I would also put Clemson, South Carolina, and maybe even Arizona state on the fringe. And even though they lost today maybe even Nebraska.
Also I could give two s***'s about how you feel about LSU.
No I'm sorry thats a bs excuse. Thats logic is flawed in more ways than one. Here's the scenario Group A has a number of teams playing and winning convincingly against quality opponents and then you have Group B winning against horrid teams by only 3. Which groups among the top 10 teams? Obviously its Group A regardless of what Group B got in preseason polls. Group A is the clearly superior group and should be treated as such.
You are supposed to be ranked on how your team is playing. If your team is playing like crap you should get a crap ranking. Let's stop rewarding mediocrity.
I may be a cocky LSU fan but at least my team is beating other teams by more than a few points...unlike Texas.
[QUOTE="LSUTIGERMAN"][QUOTE="Espurs117"][QUOTE="A_zombie"][QUOTE="Espurs117"]It was a trap game. First ever game in that new stadium, it was opening up....and who is coming to town? #6 Texas! Yeah your gonna have that team fired up and their fans, first time they have had that much support...there gonna feed off it and they did it great. And f*** this game! Nearly gave me a damn heart attack.Espurs117
It's called strategy my dear friend. ;) It also damn near gave me a heart attack too. :|
That's what im saying. Why did Mack Brown schedule this damn game!? Scheduled TCU then a game like this? It was just a lose/lose situation. But im glad they got it out of the way and at least Texas doesnt schedule pure lame schools like other teams.
Neither TCU or UCF are very good though....I thought TCU was....and then they lost to Air Force hahaha.
TCU is very good, they just lost a few games. Auburn lost 2 and you can't say there a bad team. Both teams underachieved..and about UCF there not a very good football team but my point was that in the situation it was...maybe Texas should of thought twice about scheduling the game after t he TCU game.
No I can and will say Auburn is a bad team. Why? Because they are and I think TCU would beat them. But neither are very good team.
On a side not I'm getting tired of Texas, Ohio State, and Wisconsin still being in the top 10 while they are barely getting by easily lower tier opponents. Basically do something or get out because I'm tired of it
