No you aren't the only one. I run into these types of people too. My PERSONAL favorites are the ones who think they are cool by rapping the lyrics to a rap song while they play. Regardless if anyone cares or not. Why do they do this? I don't know but honestly it's stupid and annoying. The thing is tho as long as people have access to this type of thing there will be morons. The same scenerio was expeirenced in SoCom 2 and 3 for PS2. There were the same "too serious" gamers, trash talking racist 12 year olds and the ghetto hardcore rapper who rapped out the lyrics to the hottest "jam" out at the time. If PSN offered free headsets these same people would be on there too. Simply mute them or ignore them. It won't go away.
Socom Confrontation offers a free headset with the purchase of a game, also I ran into the same issues as you on Socom 2 and 3 along with the code 9'ers.
Ok, I have all of those red, white, and yellow sockets. My Wii seems to work fine on it..But since 360's graphics is more better I was wondering if they'd work on it. :P Thanks.
And I'm getting Oblivion, Halo 3, and Fable 2 on day 1. Those will work right? :o
