I have two NES, one works and the other doesn't been meaning to fix the other one with a new 72 pin connector and selling it.

I don't think this belongs under the recommendation thread as I am asking if anyone know of any good purchases they have made recently that were under $20. I am a little bit strapped for cash and need something new to play so recommend anything you would buy :)

RROD is fixable, if it happens send it into Microsoft or if you buy it from a bestbuy geek squad can help sometimes depending on the error. As for which one is better, all depends on your budget buddy. I havnt had heating issues EVER on my 360 and I play it on the weekends and some weekdays for 8 or 10 hours at a time just keep it well ventilated and if you are able to get it underneath the ventilation that comes out through the roof. :)

There is no way to sign into Live without updating, you have to play offline.
