how old are you? the reason i ask is because thats a deep meditative state (and some people spend a long time trying to get there) your mind stays conscious but your brain wave patterns change to the same as if you were sleeping, what you saw was technically a dream

Yeah, I've heard of people who can meditate and enter their own lucid dreams...I only hope that one day i can achieve that

My idea of evil is anyone who will hurt somebody with no second thought for their own personal gain...I have met some pretty evil people with no redeeming qualities. Evil comes from people's thoughts and the series of moments where they do something completely horrible and balance it with what they got in return. Evil is real but what is even more powerful is Karma...

This happens to me too, but my situation is a little different. Sometimes I just wake up in the morning and have a random thought such as "I have a feeling my mom will need to use her car horn today". Then, that day in McDonalds, she honked at guy in the drive thru! It's really weird, but I seriously think I'm psychic sometimes.

I think we all have the ability, its just a matter of finding out how its works. I also recently picked up meditating, if anything can unlock it, its meditation

Ha, I couldn't meditate even if I wanted to! I have a lousy attention span, so I would have quite a bit of trouble sitting and trying to focus my thoughts on one thing.

dude same but try it out. seriously. Just sit in your room and fight the reflexes of your brain. Like just everytime u think of something, try not to think about it and try to envision blankness. It may take awhile but once you get to that place, you'll wanna stay and meditate for awhile. I've had sessions going for an hour or two sometimes. I can attest to this, Mediatation is natures medicine, you will find out much about urself and what you need to do in your lifes struggles and problems.

That happens to me sometimes, I think it happens to everyone on occasion. I mean the probability of your friend calling when you thinking of them is higher since they call you anyways.

modernsapien

Yesterday I was thinking about my friend all day that I haven't seen all summer that i knew was back from college and he called that night wanting to do something

Thats happened to me as well. Haven't seen someone in ages and all of a sudden they call when i'm thinking of them. You could attribute this to the theory that were all connected in some way.

exactly. thats why i think it has something to do with string theory because that says that everything in the world is connected by invisible strings of data, im pretty sure.

Maybe you are psychic.-Fromage-
No. lol and everytime I do try and make a prediction it always ends up completely wrong. Like i said that this summer was gonna have more hurricanes than ever before and we haven't had a single tropical storm even...

Ok can anyone relate to this? I always think about things before they happen. Not like a psychic or anything just really weird stuff. Like for instance, I was in class and was just randomly thinking about pringles potatoe chips just because it was in my train of thought, and then a teacher came in and was joking around and brought up pringles. And it happens countless times in a day, and countless more if i try and notice it. Like i'll be thinking of a friend and i'll get a text from him. Or all the sudden be thinking of my manager while im at work and she'll pop around the corner. I can also guess what my friends say before they say it sometimes but I think that's just because I know them too well lol. Does this happen to you guys? I feel our brains are much more powerful and have so much more potential than we think. I also think string theory has something to do with it also but don't know much about it. I don't think i believe in psychics and am in no way claiming I am because I can't distinguish the thoughts that trigger it and the thoughts that just happen. I dunno its crazy and i can list loads more of examples of just random stupid coiendices but anyone have anything intelligent to say on the subject?

[QUOTE="Pinkyimp"][QUOTE="LastLaugh90"][QUOTE="Pinkyimp"] But Skill..dont even compare both of them, one is a famous, and the worldwide's most played online FPS ever created, and the other is just a sequel to a great game.

I've never played the PC version of COD but I imagine it takes similar skill to that of CS...you obviously dont

Clearly you have never played them both long enough to form a correct statement about what the hell your talking about. CoD4, PC or console, is a Complete utter joke compared to the best 1.6 players, CoD4 is CS Source lite "Half the skill, Half the fun!"

You're right its been awhile since I played CS but I recall the weapon spray and kick you have to master with each weapon, COD is much more aim and shoot, and recover health. So yeah CS definitely takes more skill. But to deny the similarities which was my original argument? Come on..
