fallout 3 is the only game i played in the fallout series so i don't know much about the enclave. is raven rock really their last base? at the end of the last mission after liberty prime, the final boss said the enclave is at the height of it's power. The super mutant seems very powerful too cause of its numbers, do they have a leader? and is the enclave working with the commonwealth?

Which partner in fallout 3 is the strongest at level 20? i know the human npcs you get level with your character, so the more levels you gain the stronger they become. fawke, dogmeat and rl-robot 12 can't not level up cause they are not humans. does anyone know which partner is the strongest? i heard good things about fawke but is he even stronger then a level 20 star paladin, butch, clover, jerico, charon. what do you think?
