It is written to fool you. Although still written correctly everyone always remembers PEMDAS where multiplication comes 1st. In this case division and multiplication are interchangable so divison comes 1st.  The answer is 9.

They make fun of daily tasks, ideas, and actions that happen in the world and show us how rediculous people are as a whole in certain situations. Politics and celebrities are huge in this aspect. This is what makes the show great.
