Because MS gave EA the publishing rights which brings me to my next point That they probably didnt just give them the publishing rights just like that They probably made a deal for exclusivity in exchange for the publishing rights

Microsoft didn't just give it away, they sold it, probably for a lot of money. Everything. Bioware held the rights to the game, Microsoft simply had a publishing deal. When EA bought Bioware, the two met and EA got full rights to the game.
If EA wants to port it, they will. Whether not they will remains to be seen, but knowing EA there is a good chance it will.
Again EA cant port the game just like that, MS has rights to it, they have had rights to it since they paid for the games development and since it was announced back a few years ago MS has dibs on the series
By your logic, Microsoft probably had some special exclusive deal with 2K and Bioshock. I mean, there's no way that's coming to PS3, right?
People were using the same arguments to claim that there was no way in hell Bioshock was going to the PS3.
You don't know Microsoft had a special exclusive deal, and EA isn't going to be willing to make Mass Effect 2 exclusive because Microsoft has only exclusive rights to publishing the first one - which they by the way gave to EA anyways.

Bioshock initially was intended to be a 360/pc game until 2K decided on a PC version MS NEVER HAD ANY RIGHTS TO THE SERIES
Neither did they have any rights towards Mass Effect aside from publishing rights.

Gears 2 sold more in its first month then MGS4 sold since its release up until now people are still buying gears 2 while mgs4 is on shelves collecting dust
OK, HOW are sales the deciding factor of what makes a great game? Seriously...if you were to follow that mentality then the Wii is "teh bestest in the whole world" (this gen)... Give me a break...
They arent Reviews matter also and gears 2 killed mgs4 in overall reviews
