M$ already has, the PC version of ME was published by EA and so will the 360 new version.

They paid for the development and for the exclusive rights to the game, which still stands even if EA did buy out Bioware

Considering Gears 2 got overall higher reviews and sold more then MGS4

The question is did MGS4 get overshadowed?
