hey guys

havent posted in AGES!!
but anyway, im going to korea next week and my dad said he would buy me new parts for a build to keep at his house so when i do go to korea i got a good cmoputer
we're gonna go to a place that my dads friend owns so we'll get discounts and stuff but he told me to pick out the parts before i get to korea

i have around $US 1900, and the prices would be about the same as newegg, probably a little cheaper

i already have a ATI-Intel based rig in australia, so i want a nvida-intel based one there

i was thinking about:
750i SLI mobo (or a 780i)
GTX 260 (maybe 2 for SLI, if i have enuff money left)
4GB DDR2 Corsair RAM
850W PSU (i heard corsair was good)
good full tower case (something HAF looks good, so does the Thermaltake Armour+
big HDD for storage and 320gb for installs and stuff
E8400 or E8500 or Q9450 or Q9400??

i really dont know how much that would be, if you guys cold give me estimate that would be great

also i already have a 22" and a 24" moniter and 5.1 surround sound, so no need for perriferals (i think thats the word)

i think with SLI it would OWN crysis even on Very High, dont think it could be smooth at 1920x1200 tho, :(

anyway, if you could give me suggestions and/or the prices that would be great

9800GTX is a good card
performance difference in minimal

but if HAVE to hve the highest settings at 1920x1200, even a 4870 cant do that, well Crysis at high at 1920x1200, wont be smooth
avg 30, but lots of dips

do you mean, EXTREME or just play Crysis on Very high??

i mean you could get the new X58 mobo, a i7 processor (the 945 or soemthing), new triple channel RAM, 3x GTX 280's in Tri SLI or 2x 4870X2's
cause teh X58 can do SLI or Crossfire
