TP for sure. I can't think of any problems with it except the reward for getting every poe. Other than that it's perfect in my mind. OoT is a very very close second though.
I don't know. I'm fine with Ganon always being the end boss. He's usually kind of fun to fight. And besides in my opinion all the games that don't have him aren't as good. Phantom Hour Glass' villain was boring, really boring. And I didn't like Majora's Mask as well as some of the others and it too doesn't have Ganon.
