I, in fact, as of this writing, have not gotten my XP from my play session yesterday morning.

I haven't played a gears game since the first one, but as a Game Pass Ultimate owner I decided to try out Gears of War 4 in prep for 5 because of these changes. And I'm very glad I did. I personally love it -- thought Gears 4 was a lot of fun, but 5 gives me everything I want in the form of better shooting that feels more precise and manageable while scratching that itch of exploration in the gorgeous environments.

Really nice to see them fleshing out this world by mentioning a place and then you travel there as opposed to a cutscene and then reappearing at the new destination. The world feels right for the lore of the series and at 60fps on Xbox One X, it's a real looker, too. Love it.

Used my saved up nintendo gold points and picked it up for $8. Looking forward to staying up too late most nights

The bundles of xbox one s with a disc drive are cheaper than this. Anything over $99 is too much for this.
