im saying that when you do the battery thing is it likn a full restore or do you get all your trophies and saved games still lobsterPETE656seriously? how many people would get that to work and then waste time coming in here to tell you that it worked? NONE since everyone has been waiting all day to play. If 3 hours goes bye and it isnt fixed I will try it and give "REAL" info on its validity

To those who didn't read the last pages or to those that don't understand to sum up: The internal clock running off of the Cmos (bios) battery on the fat ps3's thinks the date is February 29th 2010 (obviously the date doesn't exist). The PS3's operating system can't understand the date because it doesn't exist on it's calender, in theory when the internal clock reaches 12:01 GMT it will flip over to a date the PS3's operating system will understand and the problem will have basically fixed itself (quite possibly a day off though). Ilikemyname420quite possibly, but I don't think it will work. Sony is having too much fun laughing at everyone crying lol
why dont they at least revert to a previous state to give us a temporary fix to play uncharted 2 mp for the time being....this is ridiculousScar_FingerWHY would Sony waste their time for just you?
