go to the advanced settings and configure firewall. cant remeber exactly where in norton 360 that is to be honest but once you find it, enter your xbox 360's IP address in the trusted or safe zone. You can find your xbox's IP in the system settings, network settings.

You don't enable sharing on the 360 you enable it on the computer in WMP11. Also make sure you have your xbox's IP added to your computers firewall's safe zone to allow a seamless connection. Sometimes your xbox will see your computer once sharing is enabled but wontlet you play any files unless the firewall in configured. Used to get that problem with Norton 360 but never with bitdefender

I had an email today offering me the chance for a guaranteed spot in the MW2 upcoming multiplayer Beta as long as I signed up for an account on a particular website. As I hadn't heard nothing about any Beta as yet, and seeing as the senders address had nothing to do with callofduty.com or infinityward.com, I just thought it was junk and deleted it. Anyway, I thought I'd search around a bit and it seems there is a lot of scams at the moment trying to hop on the bandwagon of COD success. What the scams fully entail I have absolutely no idea but needless to say they can't be any good. Most likely direct you to a site that will stick a virus or something on your computer. Anyway, a quick browse over to the infinity ward forums confirms that no Beta has been announced and no sure fire to get into one even if they do announce one. * Infinity Ward Forums Link * I just thought I'd post this as a heads up to you all Have a good day :)

I have a xbox gamertag on my xbox but if i go to a friends house and recover the same gamertag will the one on my xbox be deleted?JFATTY
It wont be deleted but you will have to recover it again to be able to use it online. The easiest thing to do is to use a memory card to copy your profile to, that way you dont needto recover it

[QUOTE="Matik55"]

If you are just using it to save games, rather than install them then you shouldn't worry about the space.

Online takes up no extra space unless you buy extra map packs (halo 3 packs are a few hundred MB)

If you want to install games it is probably better to upgrade the hard drive as each game takes up about 6GB, so you can store a maximum of 2 on the 20GB HDD

Hope this helps

this about sums it up perfectly

You need the backward compatible update which automatically downloads when you put the game in. Unfortunately as Live is down you can't do it that way. You can download it and put it on a disk and trasnfer it to you r 360 but it seems xbox.com is down too so you cant get it from there either. Sorry buddy

I dont think it would be precise enough for fight night. I would get really frusterated if a move didnt register correctly. [QUOTE="Liberator72"]I can see it having some great use for games such as the fight night series but other than that i doubt i'd use it muchLORDDICE1

Yeah but come on, if they got it right then it would be fun that's for sure. Besides it would be better than the boxing on Wii Sports

Doyou havea HDD which you are keeping or are you getting one with a new HDD. If you are keeping a HDD then no you'll be fine. If getting a new HDD you'll need the Transfewr cable which transfers your saves over to the new drive
