A while ago I posted on these boards about whether I should upgrade my gfx card or not. Since then, I realized that my mobo(560 nvidia) might be worth upgrading as well. Should i upgrade it, or does it not matter if my motherboard is out of date?

whats your budget?

for 500 get the gtx 295

for 200 to 300 get the 4870 or gtx260

for less than 200 go for the 4850

for around 100 get the 4830

and for 8o dollars get the 4670

unless you really need to upgrade, stick with xp for a bit. That being said, I have vista, and it works fine, I have not heard good things about 64 bit xp

They are both excellent cards. However, the 4870 x2 is 50 dollars cheper than the gtx295, but the ctx295 gets better game performance.

No, get Vista 64- xp pro has even worse driver support than vista, plus, vista 64 runs fine(at least on my system)
