Finished a few sites, closed off my Counter-Strike: Source team due to inactive members, almost finished with in-house project.

Looking forward to really having things nailed down.

New clients already on the roster of what's coming up soon.

Can't wait to get started.

Well, I finally received my dvd's of information back from the client with news that the computer is totally unfixable.

I was so happy to get my data back only to find out files didn't open. They were corrupted files. 5 dvd's full.

While I should be so upset and want to give up, I know that as long as I have time and my cool ability to recreate what I have created before, I can redo all I have lost. Sadly, this is a bit of a step back. But also a step forward.

I'll be placing all future work files at a remote location instead of on my untrustworthy external drive.

Just have to remember to do that.

Other news.. Birthday on December 1st.. I'll be 29. Good stuff happening soon. Only expecting better in the future while revamping everything i'm doing.

bah, this week has been sucky for the beginning of a new month.

Sunday, my computer died, I went to turn it on and got a shock when putting my finger near the 4 in 1 card reader/hardcano fan controller and my computer turned on all by itself. Only problem was no activity went to the monitor and the keyboard lights were not turning on.

So, now I hear back from my client who put the computer together for me in the first place, saying that it's got like $700 worth of repairs that need to be done. Sucky thing is I thought new computers had warranties. Apparently this one doesn't since it was custom made.

Because of being down a computer i'm missing all my work files for client projects causing me to be behind on my work. This sucks enormously. My client working on the pc says it's because of dust and dirt in the machine and that "metallic dust" could be the cause of it with the shock that went through the machine.

shrug.

Anyhow, now I may have to redo all the work I did because of this downed machine.. I guess I should stop writing and get it done.. so much for hoping for a month of doing better.

sitting here working on client work. came to a funny realization.. I think my clientel is getting more rich and I still seem to not be moving up as I would like.

It's difficult these days having / wanting / doing all I want.

I think I will have to narrow life down a bit and miss out on somethings I like. Too bad I like a lot of things.

On another note, seems like more new things are going to be on my horizon soon. Feeling overburdened already.

Can't wait to get some pressure released.
