All items are finally in my new home

only downside is that I feel like i'm living in a storage container with cubicles of home.

That will be the way it is untill everything is unpacked. But a usual I will make due.

Right now i'm having a piece of chocolate pound cake and writing my blog. in a minute I'll be back to working on my latest client site www.DanceJock.com

Dancejock is long island's all in one entertainment company. They're more than just a DJ, they're live music, high quality lighting, sound, videos, it's like taking the most exclusive club to your location with live entertainment for weddings, bar mitzvahs/bat mitzvahs, sweet 16's and corporate events.

It's quite a challenging site because I'm actually doing 3 different designs based on the same layout for each category.

Lots of flash 8 video will be used here and that's always exciting!

Anyhow, i'm currently Level 4 on gamespot with 91% filled till Level 5. Not sure what that means but I'm looking forward to level 10!

I'll write again soon,

Moving totally stinks sometimes.

Moved to my new place yesterday only got about half the things I wanted to in my home. And unfortunately my friend's truck which was transferring everything wentnuts and started spewing transmission fluid all over the road. Thankfully his family came to the rescue and with me we filled our cars with all the boxes and brought it to my new place.

Lots to catch up on. I'll write again soon,

DIV Woes for my new community site.

I redesigned the front page of my new community site quite a few times over the course of it's history.

Since my news about finally redoing the site I have tried to do the site all with DIV tags and CSS. Boy what a catastrophe.

I can see why it's good to use, but I still have not mastered it enough to feel confident I can fix future mistakes that may arise from something another developer or designer may do to it.

I decided to revert back to html pages with tables as I have mastered their use.

Ah my first day registered on Gamespot.com

I decided this would be a good idea to join because I am a community supporter for people willing to make a great community. I had tried to make one once myself, and I feel I will try once again.

I just listened to the first audio podcast of Ron Gilbert and I enjoyed it. The one part of the pod cast that sort of bothered me was when Ron said that graphics don't really matter, it's all about the coding and story.

Well, I think the graphics in Monkey Island really made it a nice setting to play in and I doubt I would have played it if the graphics were not there. I can still remember the purple-ish skies and swirly clouds, saturated colors. It's a world I'd love to live in - Almost like Disney land.

As a wannabe game designer it was a great pod cast to listen to. Nothing beats experience when trying to learn something or make a goal than listening to someone who has taken the path before you. Thanks a lot Ron!

Anyhow, just wanted to try the blog ability on gamespot. I hope I gain some level percentage for posting this mamajama.

Thanks,
