I've got the RAT 7, and there are some quality issues and an issue with the sensor if you lift it, but I don't think I've had any tracking issues. At least no angle snapping or build in acceleration. It is the most comfortable mouse I've ever held though, definitely a big plus since I pretty much hold it most of the day.[QUOTE="Loegi"][QUOTE="taylor888"] I read the reviews for the R.A.T. 5 on Amazon (can't be much different) and it didn't sound that great. The one said his cheap laptop mouse had better tracking. But they look awesome I guess.topgunmv
Do you have the older model with the 5600 dpi sensor or one of the newer ones with the 6400 one?
The 5600 DPI one.[QUOTE="_SKatEDiRt_"][QUOTE="KABCOOL"]they look really awesome I've got to say I read the reviews for the R.A.T. 5 on Amazon (can't be much different) and it didn't sound that great. I've had my eyes set on it ever since I first came across it, so I have to give it a try and see how it is.

I really doubt a developer would lie about this. 8th post. http://forums.station.sony.com/ps2/index.php?threads/settings-question.56574/[QUOTE="Loegi"][QUOTE="Riadon2"]
The game does use FXAA, google it.

Blur is blur, why does it matter?
It doesn't. Just don't say it's FXAA when it's not FXAA.They don't use FXAA, they probably use a custom edge detect AA.[QUOTE="Loegi"][QUOTE="Riadon2"]
Ultra textures don't look THAT bad. The game also has FXAA forced on by default, which blurs the textures and misportrays them. I use SweetFX sharpening to balance out the FXAA blur (I know they said not to use it, but I don't care if I am banned).

lmao if you mean combat then yeah, dark souls tutorial is relevant they teach you how to use magic, attack and roll! If you mean things like parry, stages of equip load, stat allocation, stat caps, Weapon stat gains, weapon move lists, shield block values, enemy elemental weaknesses, covenants and all that other stuff.. then rofl.

You don't need to know beyond what your class does to play planetside so... I don't see your point.
That Dark Souls does have a good enough tutorial. Besides, I think PS2 explains enough with the guides online. And just knowing what your class does isn't enough to "beat" PS2, you'd need to know how the base capping works at least, which is even explained in game I think. I think the map isn't explained that much in the game though, even though it's pretty vital to getting around. Though that's explained fine outside the game.
