I'm in the process of building my first PC. I plan to put the computer in my room, which is not a very large area. I really enjoy surround sound, but I am wondering if I would really benefit from it in my cluttered room. Would it be a better option to simply buy a top of the line 3 piece speaker system?
Just thought that this thread could be a place where people can state their views on the upcoming Xbox 360 Elite. Personally, I'm kinda angry about it. I like being on the bleeding edge of technology (I have a PS3, Xbox 360, and a Wii, plus an 1080p HDTV) and whenever a new piece of gaming hardware is released I feel the urge to get it. Yet, I feel sort of "played" by Microsoft. I feel like they are taking my loyalty towards their products for granted. For people like me, who try to utilize all of the awesome gadgets available to them, I think it is somewhat ludicrous for Microsoft to make me spend $480 on a slightly upgraded (and in my opinion cooler looking) 360 in order to have the latest piece of gaming equipment. Of course, I believe the majority of current 360 owners will not buy an Elite, but nearly everyone will prefer to have one over the current 360. In my position, I feel stuck. I want the Elite, but do not want to spend the money on one, in turn supporting Microsoft's manipulation of their devoted customers who are not afraid to pay premiums.
I think home looks pretty cool. Honestly though, it looks a little bit too ambitious to pull of without any hitches. Hey, but if sony does do such an amazing feat, PS3 will solidify its position as my favorite console.
k thx. that's what i intitially thought the data utility did but when i played VF5 without it i did not notice a considerable drop in performance or load times, if any for the matter.
just got VF5 and it asked me if i wanted to download it's data utility to the hard drive the second i popped it in, i said yes. afterwards, i found it in my game data utility folder, which was expected. but what does downloading VF5's data into this folder actually do?
I've heard that the Guitar Hero controller doesnt work with the PS3. that sux, but does anyone know of a periphal which is out now or coming out later this year that can somehow make the guitar controller work with the PS3?
