Monkey Island on the DS would be awesome. Its been years since I've played any of the games.'You fight like a dairy farmer' - best insult ever.
Final Fantasy III lived in my DS until I completed it, I think the same thing is going to happen with Final Fantasy IV which I bought a few days ago.
