No, it's not official, but, the Judge is trying to figure out how the NHL can pay all the creditors who are owed big money, when all the NHL has is a great looking piggy bank thats empty! Jim B. can pay them and is the only really wealthy and interested party in a team thats, well, bankrupt.Â
