hopefully they will add destructible environments.

imagine... you blow up a building with a rocket launcher. you automatically get a 5 star wanted level and you either die from a fight with the FBI or make it to a safe house. once you come back to life from the hospital, or by the time you leave the safe house, you go back to the same building and you see cops wrapping yellow tape around the crime scene as they run an investigation. then the next time you go to the building... you see a construction site as workers build the building back together.
