Well obvoiusly the Wii will catch up and pass the 360 at this rate. But at the current time the facts indicate the 360 is in the lead even if its being outsold.

It all depends on the metaphor you choose. If it's a race, 360 is currently winning (but won't be soon). If it's a war, Wii is definitely winning right now.

Look the Wii will pass the 360, its only a matter of time. But as for now it hasn't. Therefor its in 2nd. 

I'm removing the 1 year 360 headstart from the equation, so back to the chart in the orginal post, and align release dates. It is amazing how well the Wii is doing in comparison to even ORIGINAL 360 sales.

It's a mediocore FPS that happened to have a very nice multiplayer-system. and BTW, AT least one of the previously mentioned titles will receive a AAA, while PS3 has no definate ones in sight, have fun!

The Wii is an interesting thing, it isn't a next gen console, just has a next gen controller. The graphics suck, and the games (outside of Nintendo) are few and far between, with most of them just embarrassing the Wii-mote. And yet people buy it because its cheap and they don't know better.

To me, the Wii will never win, regardless of how many it sells, because outside of Nintendo games (and even some of those suck, I'm lookin at you Mario Party 8 ) the system just isn't conducive to great 3rd party games.

I can respect that view right now, but as Wii sales go even higher, 3rd party support will come, remember, Devs are in it for the bottomline, whether that means producing games for the PS3 or Wii or 360. As sales increase, so does 3rd party support.
