Stress is a consequence of an unhealthy relationship between employer and employee. If I happened to be stressed, I'd talk to the employer.

Usually I get stressed over a period of days... so there's not a lot I can do. If I'm stressing out randomly then I just go for a walk.SolidSnake35
I do the same thing too and I love doing it specially on seashore.

In panic mode, I usually go to people I trust and talk it out. Sometimes when you are internalizing something stressful, talking about it is the best way to deal with it.

Yes I agree. It gives a great relief.
