This is the best DMC game so far, and i'm judging this just from the demo. And button mashing? Yes this happens OCCASIONALLY, I spent most of the game trying out different combos such as grabing the enemy, swiping upwards with the sword and shooting them in mid air then proceeding to grab the enemy swing them round in a circle a few times then throwing them into a wall. What gets me excited is how there are always something like 50+ moves to unlock in this game, not to mention at least 6 or 7 weapons and new 4 different kinds of speciality weapon (demon arm etc). Also the fight with the thing that looks like a balrog was intense and very satisfying.... Yeah the level design is still kinda dull but I think this is the games only flaw so far. The voice acting is already far better than previous DMC, plus the script is actually funny for once and not some cheesy Japanese translation. Graphics are top notch too, it's nice to see an Xbox 360 game use anti-aliasing and not suffer from framerate issues.
