My fave xbl game is Battlefield bad company, there is one glitch though one time i fell down this hole when there was supposed to be solid ground above me and i couldn't leave, so i had to kill myself, but that's the only glitch i've ever experienced.
i would highly recommend that you stick with oblivion, it is my favorite game of all time and it won't let you down. whereas fallout3 feels like oblivion a little bit from what i've played and seen it's pretty boring.
